DENSO joins Manufacture 2030 to improve supply chain sustainability

Automotive manufacturer DENSO has partnered with Manufacture 2030 to reduce carbon emissions across their supply chain.

DENSO has become the latest Tier 1 automotive supplier to join Manufacture 2030 (M2030) to reduce Scope 3 emissions, which account for 94% of its global greenhouse gas emissions1.

This partnership reinforces DENSO’s commitment to supporting its suppliers by providing them with the tools and expertise needed to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions. This will bring DENSO closer to its goal of reducing carbon output in its global supply chain by 25% by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality across its global supply base by 2050.

By joining the M2030 platform and our industry-leading automotive decarbonization program, DENSO joins a collective of eight of North America’s largest automotive manufacturers, driving unified progress and impactful change across this critical sector.
